Job Description:

  • Lead the Digital Experience (DX) practice, driving innovation across design, development, and AI-powered experience transformation initiatives.
  • Serve as the single point of contact (SPOC) for all DX-related opportunities, collaborating closely with business, sales, and delivery teams.
  • Define and execute the strategic vision for DX, encompassing web, mobile, and omnichannel experience solutions.
  • Conceptualize and build AI-driven accelerators and reusable frameworks that enhance personalization, engagement, and automation.
  • Oversee end-to-end solution architecture, ensuring alignment with emerging technologies, best practices, and customer expectations.
  • Partner with clients as a strategic advisor to identify experience gaps, propose transformative solutions, and ensure delivery excellence.
  • Drive revenue growth and practice expansion through innovation, capability development, and thought leadership.
  • Foster a high-performing team culture by mentoring designers, developers, and experience strategists to elevate skills and delivery standards.
  • Represent the organization in industry forums, articulating Nous’ vision for AI-empowered digital experiences and next-gen design innovation.

Skills and Experience Required:

  • Deep expertise in design and development of digital experience solutions spanning UI, UX, and mobility platforms.
  • Strong understanding of AI integration in experience design, personalization, and automation.
  • Proven leadership in building and scaling digital practices, frameworks, and delivery models.
  • Proficiency in modern frontend and mobile technologies, experience platforms, and design systems.
  • Excellent communication, articulation, and client engagement abilities to influence at executive levels.
  • Strategic mindset with hands-on ability to translate ideas into actionable initiatives and measurable business outcomes.
  • Passion for innovation, user-centric design, and advancing digital experience maturity across organizations.
