Position Summary:
The Manager, Supplier Sales Enablement is responsible for developing and delivering supplier partner sales enablement programs across multiple verticals that meet our supplier partners where they are. This includes, maintaining strong partner and internal stakeholder relationships, identifying gaps and opportunities for education with supplier sales teams, and coaching supplier partners through the sales enablement pipeline so they are best positioned to leverage their OMNIA Partners contracts in the marketplace.
The successful candidate will possess an ability to deliver effective sales enablement sessions that drive supplier engagement and revenue growth. The Manager, Supplier Sales Enablement must be able to anticipate project needs, meet deadlines, and manage input from multiple stakeholders.

This position reports to the Director, Supplier Sales Enablement.
Primary Responsibilities:
The Manager, Supplier sales Enablement will be responsible for developing supplier partners sales and managing the process of session execution (whether in-person, virtual or eLearning), including pre-work and post-work and ensuring success of the training through execution of post-training strategic plans.
- Delivering effective partner sales enablement programs resulting in increased supplier engagement and revenue growth
- Creating strategic sales enablement curriculum, presentations and materials customized to the supplier partners needs
- Clearly and effectively communicating and coordinating with sales enablement opportunities with both supplier partners and internal stakeholders
- Organizing sales enablement materials for multiple delivery channels to promote learning and usability
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness, success, and ROI of your sales enablement sessions
- Lead supplier partners through the sales enablement education pipeline
- Provide opportunities for ongoing engagement with key supplier sales teams
- Maintain a keen understanding of sales enablement trends, developments, and best practices
- Ability to travel 20% - 30%
Education/Knowledge/Skills:
- Bachelor Degree strongly preferred
- Minimum 2 years of experience related to partner sales enablement, sales, education or other related fields
- Excellent communications skills
- Must be people-oriented, sales-focused, energetic, passionate, and dedicated
- Skilled in motivating others to succeed
- Strong facilitation skills in small and large group settings required
- Familiarity with traditional and modern sales enablement methods
- Extensive experience with Microsoft Office including PowerPoint, Excel, Word and Outlook required
- Experience with Learning Management Systems a plus
- Experience with Salesforce.com a plus
