Overview
We are looking for a strategic, solutions-oriented leader to serve as our Director of Marketing Program Management. This is a key role responsible for quarterbacking highly visible campaigns and projects that drive business growth by bridging marketing strategy and execution, leading campaign operations, project tracking, and cross-functional planning to drive clarity, consistency, and impact across the funnel.
You will lead and develop a team of campaign managers, oversee the end-to-end execution of integrated marketing programs, and ensure that campaigns are aligned with business goals, delivered on time, and measured for performance. This role is key to evolving our marketing organization from reactive execution to proactive orchestration, connecting dots across teams and transforming strategy into action.
You are a creative problem-solver who understands how to connect multiple marketing functions to drive comprehensive growth campaigns. You thrive in dynamic environments and figuring out how to make things work by unblocking ambiguity, asking the right questions, distinguishing must-haves from nice-to-haves, and building operational processes that enable agility and performance.
Key Responsibilities

- Lead cross-functional planning and prioritization of integrated campaigns across brand, demand generation, product, events, and partner marketing.
- Ensure marketing programs are executed on time, on budget, and aligned with business objectives with clear ownership, milestones, and KPIs.
- Drive end-to-end campaign visibility and alignment across teams, eliminating silos and enabling coordinated execution.
Marketing Process Optimization
- Own and evolve marketing work management tools (e.g., Monday.com) to improve campaign workflows, accountability, and collaboration.
- Define and document SOPs for campaign execution, campaign intake, and go-to-market processes.
- Enable tactical execution with scalable tools, templates, and operational support.
Performance Measurement & Insights
- Establish and report on campaign KPIs, including velocity, performance, and engagement across channels and funnel stages.
- Partner with BI, Sales Ops, and Marketing Ops to ensure campaign tracking supports robust reporting and attribution.
- Lead post-campaign retrospectives to identify learnings and apply optimizations.
Team Leadership & Cross-Functional Alignment
- Manage, mentor, and grow a high-performing team of campaign managers; foster a culture of ownership, continuous improvement, and strategic thinking.
- Serve as a key connector across marketing, sales, product, and operations to ensure cross-functional alignment on campaign priorities and execution.
- Bring a strategic voice to marketing planning and business discussions.
Systems, Data, and Infrastructure
- Ensure campaign and lead data is structured, consistent, and actionable across platforms to support segmentation, personalization, and analytics.
- Partner with Sales Ops and Martech stakeholders to optimize campaign setup, workflows, and system configurations for scale.
Qualifications
- 8–10+ years of experience in B2B marketing, including integrated campaign management, marketing operations, or program management roles.
- Proven ability to lead and scale campaign and operations teams in a high-growth environment.
- Strong understanding of marketing channels, funnel dynamics, and go-to-market models.
- Excellent project management and orchestration skills, with the ability to juggle competing priorities and deliver high-quality work under deadlines.
- Experience with marketing and project tools (e.g., Monday.com, Salesforce, Marketing Cloud, JIRA).
- Analytical and systems thinker with the ability to define and drive metrics that matter.
- Excellent cross-functional communicator and collaborator.
