Partner Marketing Specialist
Reports to: Sr Director of Partner Marketing
Job Overview:
The Partner Marketing Specialist supports our growing network of industry-leading B2B suppliers. This role is responsible for implementing the joint marketing tactics that drive awareness and revenue growth within OMNIA Partners’ supplier and channel partner network. The ideal candidate will be a creative marketer with a collaborative mindset, strong communication skills, and a passion for empowering supplier partners to succeed within the OMNIA Partners program. The Marketing Specialist will drive the onboarding and enablement of new suppliers, execute strategic marketing initiatives, and build strong cross-functional relationships to enhance supplier engagement and overall partnership success.
Key Duties & Responsibilities:
  • Supplier Onboarding & Enablement: Coordinate and support the onboarding process for new supplier partners. Deliver training, tools, and marketing resources that enable suppliers to effectively market their OMNIA Partners contract.
  • Messaging & Content Management: Ensure supplier marketing materials clearly articulate the value of their OMNIA Partners contract. Review and provide feedback on supplier-created content and campaigns to ensure consistency and brand alignment.
  • Cross-Channel Collaboration: Partner with internal teams (Sales, Product Development, Analytics, Operations) to align and execute marketing initiatives. Coordinate with channel and industry partners to extend marketing reach and campaign effectiveness.
  • Analytics & Performance Measurement: Analyze campaign performance and supplier engagement data to assess marketing effectiveness. Use insights to optimize campaigns and provide actionable recommendations for internal and external stakeholders.
Training/Skills/Experience: (Minimum relevant work experience for successful job performance.)
  • 3-5 years in marketing, preferably across multiple areas such as content marketing, media production, email marketing, public relations, and digital campaigns.
  • Proven ability to manage and execute marketing projects in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.
  • Strong understanding of marketing principles and data-driven decision-making.
  • Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills.
  • Comfortable presenting campaign strategies and performance updates to internal and external stakeholders.
  • Proficiency with marketing platforms such as CRM tools, email marketing software, and project management systems (e.g., Monday.com) is a plus.
  • Minimum travel required.
Education Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business or related field
