Partner Marketing Manager
Reports to: Senior Director of Partner Marketing
Job Overview:
The Partner Marketing Manager will lead the strategy and execution of partner marketing initiatives across our organization, including strategic supplier partnerships, channel partners and technology integrations. In partnership with the Sr. Director of Partner Marketing, you will drive go-to-market programs that grow pipeline, accelerate joint sales, and expand market presence. This role will collaborate closely with the broader marketing team to deliver innovative, consultative marketing approaches that empower partners to maximize the value of their partnership with OMNIA Partners.
Key Duties & Responsibilities:

- Partner Go-to-Market Strategy: Develop and own partner marketing strategy, including identification of target customer segments, value proposition, communication channel selection and execution of marketing/sales campaigns.

- Partner Enablement: Assist suppliers with onboarding to the OMNIA Partners network; build toolkits, sales collateral, case studies and competitive position to drive partner readiness and performance.

- Influence & Collaboration: Work cross-functionally with Sales, Partner Development, Revenue Marketing and Strategy teams to align partner programs with company initiatives and objectives. Ensure partner marketing efforts effectively articulate the value of OMNIA Partners.

- Category Expertise: Serve as the functional expert in messaging for owned categories and ensure messaging and positioning is up-to-date and continually improved to drive revenue growth.

- Data & Analytics: Establish key KPIs to measure influence and source pipeline, program ROI and partner engagement.
Training/Skills/Experience: (Minimum relevant work experience for successful job performance.)

- 3-6 years in marketing, ideally in a range of disciplines including content marketing, media production, email marketing, public relations and related functions.

- Thrives in a highly collaborative and fast-paced environment.

- Demonstrated ability to make marketing decisions based on data and ROI analysis.

- Experience working in a matrix, cross-functional organization

- Demonstrated ability to discuss and present marketing campaign performance with partners.

- Experience working in CRM and Marketing Automation platforms to execute campaigns (Salesforce Sales Cloud and Marketing Cloud experience a plus).
Education Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business or related field
