Marketing Manager
Reports to: Sr Director of Marketing
Job Overview:
The Marketing Manager drives strategic marketing partnerships with our portfolio of industry-leading B2B suppliers. This role is responsible for developing and executing comprehensive marketing strategies that maximize growth and market penetration across OMNIA Partners' supplier network. The ideal candidate will be an experienced marketing professional with proven expertise in partner relationship management, strategic communication, and cross-functional collaboration. The Marketing Manager will lead supplier marketing alignment initiatives, optimize partnership performance, and serve as the primary marketing liaison between OMNIA Partners and key supplier stakeholders.
Key Duties & Responsibilities:
- Strategic Partnership Development: Lead marketing strategy discussions with supplier marketing teams to develop aligned go-to-market approaches that amplify OMNIA Partners' value proposition while advancing mutual business objectives.
- Marketing Alignment & Advocacy: Collaborate with supplier marketing leadership to align messaging, campaign strategies, and promotional activities. Influence supplier marketing teams to prioritize OMNIA Partners initiatives within their broader marketing mix and resource allocation.
- Cross-Functional Partnership Leadership: Serve as the primary marketing interface between suppliers and internal department stakeholders. Orchestrate multi-stakeholder marketing initiatives that drive measurable business outcomes.
- Performance Optimization & Strategic Insights: Analyze partnership marketing performance across multiple channels and touchpoints. Develop data-driven recommendations for suppliers and internal teams to optimize marketing investment and accelerate partnership growth.
- Marketing Resource Strategy: Design and deliver sophisticated marketing enablement programs that position suppliers for success. Create strategic frameworks and tools that suppliers can leverage to maximize their OMNIA Partners contract value in the marketplace.
Training/Skills/Experience: (Minimum relevant work experience for successful job performance.)
- 3-5 years in marketing with demonstrated expertise in partner marketing, channel marketing, or B2B relationship management.
- Proven track record of influencing and aligning marketing strategies across multiple organizations or partner networks.
- Strong background in strategic marketing planning, campaign development, and cross-functional leadership.
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills with experience presenting to C-level executives and senior marketing leadership.
- Demonstrated ability to build consensus and drive marketing alignment in complex, multi-stakeholder environments.
- Experience with partnership performance analytics, ROI measurement, and data-driven strategy optimization.
- Proficiency with advanced marketing technologies including CRM platforms, marketing automation tools, analytics dashboards, and project management systems.
- Willingness to travel up to 20% for partner meetings and industry events.
Education Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or related field
- Professional development in partnership management, strategic marketing, or business development strongly valued
