Job Title: Manager, Supplier Sales Enablement
Reports to: Senior Director, Supplier Sales Enablement
Location: Franklin, TN
**This role is fully in-person in our Franklin, TN Headquarters.
Position Summary:
The Manager, Supplier Sales Enablement is responsible for developing and delivering sales enablement programs that enables supplier partners to better leverage their OMNIA Partners contracts, empower meaningful partnership and accelerate their speed to sales. From new supplier onboarding to collaborating with longtime partners, this candidate’s priority is to meet suppliers where they are in their learning journey and equip them with the knowledge and resources they need to succeed.

The successful candidate is an enthusiastic, self-motivated professional with a strong sales and business acumen who can work in a team setting but also can work independently. This candidate will require a keen ability to maintain strong stakeholder relationships, identify knowledge gaps and learning opportunities for supplier sales teams.
Primary Responsibilities:
- The Manager, Supplier sales Enablement will be responsible for managing the supplier sales enablement content and process from ideation through execution – and everywhere in between. This role includes, but is not limited to:
- Managing the supplier onboarding process from program development to execution.
- Delivering effective sales enablement sessions and programs that result in increased supplier engagement and revenue growth
- Creating impactful learning curriculum and presentations customized to the supplier partners needs
- Clearly and effectively communicating and coordinating sales enablement opportunities with both supplier partners and internal stakeholders
- Organizing sales enablement materials for multiple delivery channels to promote learning and usability
- Working closely with the Instructional Design Manager for any additional session collateral: agendas, job aides, reference guides, eLearning, etc.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness, success, and ROI of your sales enablement sessions
- Lead supplier partners through the sales enablement process
- Provide opportunities for ongoing engagement with key supplier sales teams
- Maintain a keen understanding of sales enablement principles, trends and best practices
- Some travel required
Education/Knowledge/Skills:
- Bachelor's degree strongly preferred
- Minimum 2 years of experience related to sales enablement, sales, training, or other related fields
- Excellent communications skills
- Must be people-oriented, energetic and passionate
- Skilled in motivating others to succeed
- Strong facilitation skills in small and large group settings required
- Familiarity with traditional and modern sales enablement methods
- Extensive experience with Microsoft Office including PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Outlook, and Teams required
- Experience with Zoom Events
- Experience with Canva preferred
- Experience with Learning Management Systems a plus
- Experience with Salesforce.com a plus
