Job Title: Director of UX/UI
Reports To: Vice President, OPUS Marketing
Location: Franklin, TN
**This role is fully in person in our Franklin, TN headquarters.**
Job Summary:
We are looking for a highly strategic and experienced Director of UX/UI to lead the member experience strategy for our OPUS ecommerce platform. This role requires both UX leadership expertise and a deep-rooted passion for turning direct customer feedback into actionable solutions.
The successful candidate will develop and champion a holistic, long-term UX strategy aligned with company goals, product roadmaps, and evolving member needs, with a key focus on optimizing conversion funnels, transactions, and member retention.
Key Responsibilities:
- Define and lead the overall OPUS UX/UI vision, strategy, and executional roadmap.
- Lead within the full OPUS UX/UI lifecycle, from research + ideation to prototyping, testing, and deployment.
- Create actionable insights and present clear, compelling data-driven recommendations to cross-functional partners and executive team sponsors.
- Own and deliver a consistent, high-quality, and on-brand user experience that is present across all touchpoints.
- Partner with Supplier Enablement, Engineering, Sales, and Marketing in pursuit of best-in-class experiences that crisply represent both the member and OMNIA Partners brand needs.
- Serve as an advocate for OPUS members, ensuring their needs and pain points are represented in internal planning discussions.
Required Skills & Experience:
- 8+ years of progressive experience in UX/UI, Product Design, or Interaction Design, with a focus on complex ecommerce applications.
- Deep and demonstrable experience optimizing large-scale ecommerce platforms. Expertise in Salesforce highly preferred.
- Expert-level proficiency in design and prototyping tools (e.g., Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD).
- Strong understanding of quantitative analytics (e.g., Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics) and A/B testing methodologies (e.g., Optimizely, VWO).
- Exceptional communication, presentation, and storytelling skills, with the ability to articulate complex design rationale to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
