Title: Senior Partner Marketing Manager
Reports to: Senior Director of Partner Marketing
Location: Franklin, TN - In office only
Job Overview:
The Senior Partner Marketing Manager is responsible for developing and executing joint marketing strategies that drive sales pipeline and revenue growth within OMNIA Partners' supplier network of the nation’s leading B2B suppliers. This role will collaborate closely with the broader marketing team to deliver innovative, consultative marketing approaches that empower suppliers to maximize the value of their OMNIA Partners contracts. By providing marketing and industry expertise, the Senior Partner Marketing Manager will help suppliers transform their marketing efforts and enhance their partnership with OMNIA Partners. In addition, this role will focus on optimizing and expanding existing partnerships, while creating and executing co-marketing strategies to accelerate revenue growth across designated suppliers.
Key Duties & Responsibilities:
Go-to-Market Strategy: Work with cross functional teams to craft joint strategic GTM plans that maximize sales pipeline and revenue growth, including identification of target customer segments, value proposition, communication channel selection and execution of marketing/sales campaigns.
- Supplier Engagement: Build strong relationships with supplier teams to ensure that OMNIA Partners is top-of-mind for joint sales and marketing initiatives.
- Supplier Enablement: Assist suppliers with onboarding to the OMNIA Partners network; provide resources, training and support to supplier teams to enable effective marketing and sales of OMNIA Partners contracts.
- Supplier Messaging: Ensure that supplier marketing efforts effectively articulate the value of their OMNIA Partners contract.
- Category Expertise: Serve as the functional expert in messaging for owned categories and ensure messaging and positioning is up-to-date and continually improved to drive revenue growth.
- Data & Analytics Ownership: Regularly review and analyze various data sources to help inform and advise supplier sales and marketing activity.
- Training/Skills/Experience: (Minimum relevant work experience for successful job performance.)
- 5-8 years in marketing, ideally in a range of disciplines including content

- marketing, media production, email marketing, public relations and related functions.
- Thrives in a highly collaborative and fast-paced environment.
- Analytical with ability to provide sales and marketing guidance and direction based on data and ROI analysis.
- Experience working across teams to execute marketing campaigns.
- Ability to ensure consistency of message across all channels.
- Demonstrated ability to confidently discuss and present with C-Suite audiences.
- Experience working in CRM and Marketing Automation platforms to execute campaigns (Salesforce Sales Cloud and Marketing Cloud experience a plus).
