Position Summary:
At the heart of the OMNIA Partners Supplier Sales Enablement team is a group of passionate, innovate and results-driven team members dedicated to empowering our supplier partners to accelerate their speed to sales and strengthen our partnership.
The Senior Manager, Supplier Sales Enablement is an individual contributor role reporting to the Sr. Director, Supplier Sales Enablement. This role will drive dynamic enablement programs and initiatives that enable our supplier partners in the IT and Corporate Services industries to successfully leverage OMNIA Partners contracts, strengthen our partnerships and ultimately grow our shared business.
This is a hands-on, strategic, and collaborative position that will work closely with the sales and account management teams, as well as cross-functional leaders and subject matter experts to identify, prioritize and execute enablement programs for our partners.
To be successful in this position, you must be a highly motivated self-starter with strong program and project management skills. You should be able deliver measurable results through dynamic presentation skills, keen understanding of IT and/or corporate services language and pain points, mastery of relationship building and excellent communication. You should have consultative skills, strong sales acumen, and the ability to work with all levels of an organization.
Responsibilities
The Senior Manager, Supplier Sales Enablement will be responsible for managing the supplier sales enablement development and facilitation for key suppliers from ideation through execution – and everywhere in between. This role includes, but is not limited to:
  • Deliver dynamic sessions for supplier partners that enables their sales growth through OMNIA Partners contracts
  • Collaborate with Account Management and Supplier Leadership teams to identify and prioritize learning needs
  • Lead cross-functional teams and subject matter experts through the development and implementation of sales enablement sessions and programs
  • Develop sales enablement plans, including timelines, milestones, success criteria, measurements, and communications
  • Work closely with Content and Instructional Design team to build and implement enablement programs and content
  • Monitor programs to ensure business objectives are met
  • Provide data analysis to measure and report on progress towards Supplier Sales Enablement goals
  • Work closely with internal team members to establish, document and maintain consistent processes and best practices
  • Ability to travel 20-30%

Education/Knowledge/Skills:

  • Bachelors degree strongly preferred
  • Minimum 7 years of experience related to sales, partner enablement or other related fields
  • Engaging presentation skills
  • Strong relationship building skills
  • Excellent communications skills
  • Must be solution oriented and results driven
  • Skilled in motivating others to succeed
  • Strong facilitation skills in small and large group settings required
  • Familiarity with traditional and modern sales enablement methodologies and tactics
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office required
  • Experience with Salesforce.com a plus
