About this Opportunity:
As a Service Team Specialist on the Client Service Team, you will provide superior service to our clients and act as the first point of contact for the investment representatives and clients. As we continue to evolve and live our Orion values, we are looking for someone to grow with us.
In this role, you’ll get to:
Field calls from investment representatives and clients from across country; answer questions and provide service on existing accounts, including billing inquiries, paperwork requirement inquiries
Process service-related items such as address changes, distributions, systematic withdraws and purchases
Research and respond to client issues related to cost basis information, cashiering functions, letters of authorization, powers of attorney, product knowledge support, tax reporting issues, and alternative investments
Promote client retention and identify opportunities to build existing relationships by providing recommendation to increase operational efficiencies within client firm’s back office
Promote website education and usage in a consultative and resourceful manner
Complete verification and quality review reports to ensure the accurate processing of client and advisor requests
We’re looking for talent who:
Has experience working in insurance, banking, or financial services industry
Possess minimum of an Associate’s Degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration or related field ; Bachelor’s Degree preferred
Has minimum of 1-3 years of customer service experience
Current Series 65 license
Obtain Orion Industry Certification
Owns and manages relationships with stakeholders directly and work effectively with people at all levels in an organization
Salary Range:$17.37 - $24.46
The pay listed in this posting indicates the estimated pay at the time of this posting; however, may vary depending on geographic location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
