About this Opportunity:
As a Senior Portfolio Manager, you will manage and monitor investments and asset allocations within customized investment solutions, given client’s goals and objectives, to deliver better outcomes. This position will develop and maintain strong relationships with financial advisors and their clients with ongoing verbal and written communications to ensure the investment approach meets client expectations and deliver service excellence. In this role, you’ll get to:
Implement the firm’s multi asset class investment philosophy and strategy for client portfolios
Oversee portfolios which may contain various investment vehicles such as separately managed account strategies, mutual funds, ETFs, and limited partnerships
Understand investment managers and strategies available to clients and advisors that have been evaluated by Brinker Capital’s Investment Team
Articulate Brinker’s due diligence process for selecting these investment products and importance within client portfolios
Maintain knowledge of services available to Wealth Advisory clients and advisors, including Banking & Lending, Philanthropic, Trust and Business Valuation services
Comprehend strategic investment positioning and be able to articulate this to advisors and/or clients
Create client presentations and participate in ongoing client meetings to review portfolio positioning and performance
Develop, monitor, and maintain investment policy statements
We’re looking for talent who:
Has working knowledge of various investment products and vehicles
Is familiar with behavioral finance
Has a Bachelor’s degree in business or a related field
Preferably has a Master’s degree in a related field
Has 7 years of experience in the investment industry
Possess previous experience in asset allocation, portfolio management and investment manager due diligence
Current Series 7 and 66 (or 63 and 65) required or ability to obtain within 90 days
Current CFA designation required
Owns and manages relationships with stakeholders directly and work effectively with people at all levels in an organization

Salary Range:
$134,866.00 - $217,134.00The pay listed in this posting indicates the estimated pay at the time of this posting; however, may vary depending on geographic location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
