About this Opportunity:

As an Investment Analyst, you will be responsible for supporting the management of the discretionary, multi-asset class investment strategies offered through Brinker Capital Investments, LLC, a brand entity of Orion. This individual will support asset allocation, investment manager and strategy selection, and portfolio construction decisions for discretionary investment strategies. This individual will also support the sales and marketing efforts of these offerings. This position reports to the Head of Discretionary Portfolios. As we continue to evolve and live our Orion values, we are looking for someone to grow with us.

We can consider candidates for this position who are able to accommodate a hybrid work schedule and are close to one of our following offices: Omaha, NE, Berwyn, PA, Sacramento, CA, Hebron, KY, Chandler, AZ, Provo, UT, or Idaho Falls, ID.

In this role, you’ll get to:

  • Perform ongoing due diligence on all actively managed strategies utilized, including conducting periodic update calls/meetings, reviewing questionnaires, and completing manager scorecards

  • Participate in the initial due diligence process for new investment strategies

  • Perform asset class research to support the discretionary portfolios team

  • Update internal research (e.g., documents, charts) to support the discretionary portfolios team

  • Update marketing materials including performance, commentaries, and board reports

  • Support the management of the discretionary portfolios from an operational perspective, including working with internal groups and third-party platforms.

  • Maintain industry knowledge of economic and financial market conditions

We’re looking for talent who:

  • Has knowledge of capital markets, asset allocation, manager selection and portfolio construction

  • Has an undergraduate degree in business, finance, economics, or related major

  • Possess interest in gaining CFA designation preferably

  • Obtain Orion Industry Certification

  • Owns and manages relationships with stakeholders directly and work effectively with people at all levels in an organization

Salary Range:

$67,253.00 - $100,147.00

The pay listed in this posting indicates the estimated pay at the time of this posting; however, may vary depending on geographic location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
