As an Accounting Associate, you will focus on vendor maintenance, internal customer service, and miscellaneous accounting tasks. As we continue to evolve and live our Orion values, we are looking for someone to grow with us.

In this role, you'll get to:

-Print outgoing checks, deposit incoming checks

-Assist with vendor maintenance

-Assist with the Company travel program

-Assist with credit card program

-Help with upcoming audit

-Perform other duties as required

We are looking for talent who:

-Is detail oriented

-Is proficient in MS Office and popular accounting software

-Has excellent communication and interpersonal skills

-Has ability to work under pressure

-Has excellent organizational skills

-Has Workday experience would be a plus

-Obtain Orion Industry Certification

-Owns and manages relationships with stakeholders directly and work effectively with people at all levels in an organization
