About this Opportunity:
As an Onboarding Project Manager, you will be responsible for project managing the onboarding of new clients of Orion. This position will serve as primary point of contact between customer, Orion Programming, SME Teams and Orion Tech Support to ensure the client is successfully setup on the Orion platform. As we continue to evolve and live our Orion values, we are looking for someone to grow with us.
We can consider candidates for this position who are able to accommodate a hybrid work schedule and are close to one of our following offices: Omaha, NE, Berwyn, PA, Sacramento, CA, Hebron, KY, Chandler, AZ, Provo, UT, or Idaho Falls, ID.
In this role, you'll get to:
Manage process between onboarding and subject matter expert teams to determine when advisor will transition to an internal premier service team or general service model
Research all aspects of advisor's practice to be used in conversion process
Works with client to obtain historical data from client’s previous provider
Oversee timeline of conversion project with the historical analyst team to ensure project timelines are being met
Prove accuracy of historical conversion projects by facilitating the compare of performance and quarterly reports to the customer’s previous provider
Review information from the Onboarding Checklist, creates Project Plan, and provides status updates during weekly conference calls
Work with the clients by hosting weekly calls and monthly check-ins, up until their “Go-Live” date in Orion (Estimated 4-6 months)
Develop timelines to keep the client on track for completing their “Go Live” requirements
Process client requests regarding creation, update or cancellation of client, registration, and account or billing information
Make decisions based on facts and circumstances for committing Orion resources to meet advisor’s timeline.
Be responsible for setting up entire database framework
Lead weekly status phone call with client to ensure all target dates are being met, all assigned weekly training has been completed by client and all outstanding questions for client have been answered
Determine and implement database settings for performance evaluations for quarterly reporting
Track and maintain all customer interactions via Salesforce.com CRM
Collaborate with SME teams to ensure Advisors are trained on Orion Connect prior to completion of initial onboarding
Determine advisor specific information according to the Onboarding Checklist to be included in "Salesforce" to ensure all clients are prepared to move to Orion Service Model
We're looking for talent who:
Has ability to manage and stay organized while handling multiple clients at one time
Has minimum of a bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance or related field
May have certification in project management
Obtain Orion Industry Certification
Has minimum of 1 year of implementation/onboarding management experience
Has minimum of 1 year of experience in an Account Manager or project manager role
Possess experience working within financial services, technology, or customer service industries
Owns and manages relationships with stakeholders directly and work effectively with people at all levels in an organization
Salary Range:$19.78 - $28.30
The pay listed in this posting indicates the estimated pay at the time of this posting; however, may vary depending on geographic location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
