About this Opportunity:
As a Sales Engineer, you will be responsible with supporting the sales team as they promote Eclipse Astro, Compliance, CRM, etc. with prospective clients of Orion. As we continue to evolve and live our Orion values, we are looking for someone to grow with us.
We can consider candidates for this position who are able to accommodate a hybrid work schedule and are close to one of our following offices: Omaha, NE, Berwyn, PA, Sacramento, CA, Hebron, KY, Chandler, AZ, Provo, UT, or Idaho Falls, ID.
Technology Demos: Lead compelling technology demonstrations, highlighting the features and capabilities of our products. Your demos will illuminate how our technology can enhance operations and bring efficiency to any business context.
Product Expertise: Gain an expert-level understanding of our products and services. Stay informed about industry trends and new technology rollouts and advancements to articulate our offerings' value effectively to prospects, clients, and the sales team.
Sales Engagement: In collaboration with and under the direction of the sales team, engage actively with prospects and current clients, providing customized solutions, addressing technical needs, and supporting responses to technical queries in RFPs.
Collaboration with Development Team: Serve as the crucial link between sales and development teams, translating feedback into insights for product enhancement.
Demo Environment Maintenance: Maintain and update the demo environment. Ensure it accurately reflects our latest product offerings and operates flawlessly for sales presentations.
Skills, Education and Experience Needed :
Strong multitasking abilities and meticulous attention to detail.
Capacity to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Proven problem-solving skills and organizational prowess.
A proactive approach to meeting deadlines and handling competing priorities.
Previous experience in sales engineering or similar role focusing on technology products is highly desirable.
Familiarity with maintaining and managing demo environments will be considered an asset.
Familiarity with Orion or other fintech solutions and/or currently holds securities licenses will be preferred.
