About this Opportunity:

As an Enterprise Service Specialist, you will provide support for the Advisor Portal and Communities products. This role will also support Orion Portfolio Solutions with strategist/model/fund processing. This position will possess a deep knowledge of these products and services to enable advisors to utilize them effectively across their firm. As we continue to evolve and live our Orion values, we are looking for someone to grow with us.

We can consider external candidates for this position who are able to accommodate a hybrid work schedule in one of our following offices: Omaha, NE, Berwyn, PA, Sacramento, CA, Hebron, KY, Chandler, AZ, Provo, UT, or Idaho Falls, ID.

In this role, you'll get to:

  • Compile a complete knowledge of the Advisor Portal and Communities products

  • Work directly with strategists and subscribers to train and onboard them to the Communities platform

  • Work directly with Enterprise and Orion Tech clients to train and onboard them to the Advisor Portal platform

  • Solve issues and respond to inquiries with accuracy, completeness and timeliness

  • Participate in monthly testing of new development for Advisor Portal and Communities products

  • Maintain and uphold the standards in which have been set for our capabilities and function enhancements

  • Train new and existing representatives on new business paperwork, processes, and Orion websites

  • Mentor co-workers through instruction, coaching, providing real-time on-the-job experiences, and modeling effective practices and advising on methods used

We're looking for talent who:

  • Has knowledge and understanding of advisor facing technology tools

  • Possess general knowledge of back office processing; account transfers, new accounts, tax reporting, customer services, etc.

  • Has knowledge of Orion business models

  • Has ability to maintain an expected confidence and comfort level while being effective in many high-pressure situations with clients

  • Has minimum of a High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent and prefer an Associate’s degree or bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field

  • Obtain Orion Industry Certification

  • Has minimum of 3 years of experience working in the financial services industry

  • Possess experience with troubleshooting report related inquiries

  • Owns and manages relationships with stakeholders directly and work effectively with people at all levels in an organization

Salary Range:

$19.78 - $28.30

The pay listed in this posting indicates the estimated pay at the time of this posting; however, may vary depending on geographic location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
