About this Opportunity:

As a Client Service Representative, you will be responsible for maintaining high standards of customer service to assigned clients of Orion. This position will work closely with other service team members and departments to ensure the highest level of services is received by the client. Primary objective of this job is to facilitate the advisor moving from a customer to a promoter of Orion’s technology and service. As we continue to evolve and live our Orion values, we are looking for someone to grow with us.

For External Candidates:

Candidates must work in-office at one of the following locations for at least 3 days per week: Omaha, NE; Hebron, KY.

For Internal Candidates:

All internal employees, regardless of their current work arrangement (remote or in-office), are encouraged to apply.

In this role, you’ll get to:

  • Assign to a specific territory of advisors as their dedicated client service representative

  • Manage client problems from start to finish; analyze client requests, explore possible solutions or coordinates with other departments following-through until resolution while being the single point of contact for the client

  • Provide financial representatives with information, updates, and changes to all facets of wealth management related to custodian and Federal regulations and requirements including taxes, technology, workflows

  • Counsel their advisors regarding best practices, policies and procedures, as well as providing guidance on how to handle requests or situations encountered

  • Train advisors, as needed, on processes and available systems to serve their clients

  • Manage daily work across all aspects of servicing advisors and clients including timely call servicing and account management functions

  • Meet or exceed all daily and monthly business measurements

  • Provide status updates to management as required

  • Provide feedback to the team for continued improvements

  • Maintain an atmosphere of appreciation of Advisors and Client issues

  • Continually maintain an "above and beyond" service aptitude

  • Daily promotion of our Service Vision and Principles

  • Assist in project work as needed

We’re looking for talent who:

  • Has a minimum of 3 years of experience in customer service or financial industry

  • Possess prior experience with Salesforce

  • Has a minimum of a bachelor’s degree in business, finance, or related major

  • Obtain Orion Industry Certification

  • Owns and manages relationships with stakeholders directly and work effectively with people at all levels in an organization

Salary Range:

$46,923.00 - $68,078.00

The pay listed in this posting indicates the estimated pay at the time of this posting; however, may vary depending on geographic location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
