About this Opportunity:

As a Senior Financial Analyst, you will be responsible for optimizing our billing processes and ensuring accuracy and efficiency in financial transactions. The Senior Financial Analyst will collaborate with cross-functional teams, analyze billing processes, and implement solutions to enhance overall billing performance. In this role, you’ll get to:

  • Evaluate and analyze existing billing processes to identify areas for improvement

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements related to billing

  • Assess billing systems and recommend modifications or enhancements for increased efficiency

  • Work closely with product teams to implement system changes and updates

  • Conduct in-depth data analysis to ensure accuracy in billing information

  • Identify discrepancies in billing data to maintain data integrity

  • Maintain comprehensive documentation of billing procedures and processes

  • Generate regular reports on billing performance and provide insights for decision-making

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including finance, product, and customer support, to address billing-related issues

  • Communicate with external vendors and clients regarding billing inquiries and discrepancies

  • Stay informed about industry regulations and compliance standards related to billing

  • Ensure billing practices align with legal and regulatory requirements

  • Proactively identify opportunities for process improvements and implement best practices in billing operations

  • Provide training and support to internal teams to enhance billing knowledge and compliance

We’re looking for talent who:

  • Has minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field

  • Has proficiency in billing software and Tableau

  • Possess prior experience working within Financial Services industry

  • Has minimum of 2 years of experience in financial analysis required, or relevant school experience

  • Obtains Orion Industry Certification

  • Owns and manages relationships with stakeholders directly and work effectively with people at all levels in an organization

Salary Range:

$69,723.00 - $105,276.00

The pay listed in this posting indicates the estimated pay at the time of this posting; however, may vary depending on geographic location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
