About this Opportunity:
The Part-Time Administrative Assistant will ensure the smooth day-to-day operations of our Jacksonville office while supporting office leadership with administrative tasks. This role is ideal for someone who is highly organized, proactive, and comfortable balancing office logistics with leadership support.
For External Candidates:
Candidates must work in-office at one of the following locations for at least 3 days per week: Jacksonville, FL.
In this role, you’ll get to:
Provide Office Support:
Manage daily office needs, including ordering office supplies, food, and beverages, while maintaining accurate inventory reporting to IT, Facilities, and other stakeholders.
Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming office environment for team members, visitors, and vendors.
Provide Administrative Support for Leadership:
Assist the VP, Talent Management; SVP, Strategic Product Development; and SVP, Solutions Consulting with scheduling, calendar management, and meeting preparation. Draft and proofread correspondence, reports, and presentations. Support ad hoc administrative projects, including document management, travel arrangements, and event coordination. Prepare materials for internal meetings and ensure follow-up items are tracked.
Serve as the first point of contact for visitors, vendors, and team members in the Jacksonville office.
Support the Jacksonville office as the Culture Champion, managing culture activities, reporting on engagement initiatives, and providing updates to the Talent & Experience Specialist.
Serve as a liaison for facilities and Oriontation, supporting the onboarding of new hires and ensuring smooth integration into the office environment.
Coordinate minor office maintenance and troubleshooting as needed.
We’re looking for talent who:
Previous experience in an administrative or office support role preferred.
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt to a dynamic environment.
Professional, proactive, and positive demeanor.

Salary Range:
$18.15 - $25.56The pay listed in this posting indicates the estimated pay at the time of this posting; however, may vary depending on geographic location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
