About this Opportunity:

As an Advisor Transition & Aggregation, you will be responsible for the setup and maintenance of data feeds to third parties for business partners, enter data feed information into systems to provide reporting and transparency and serve as a liaison between clients, vendors and custodians for questions, guidance, and troubleshooting. As we continue to evolve and live our Orion values, we are looking for someone to grow with us.

For External Candidates:
Candidates must work in-office at one of the following locations for at least 3 days per week: Omaha, NE; Berwyn, PA.

For Internal Candidates:
All internal employees, regardless of their current work arrangement (remote or in-office), are encouraged to apply.

In this role, you’ll get to:

  • Serve as a point of contact for advisor transitions and business development changes

  • Establish and set expectations within the change process for our Advisors and internal partners

  • Manage the transition process and provide timely updates both internally and externally

  • Identify areas of improvement and implement necessary changes

  • Set up and maintain data feeds to third parties for our business partners

  • Enter data feed information into systems to provide reporting and transparency

  • Coordinate service of data feeds among custodians, vendors, and clients

  • Collaborate with other Wealth Management teams on key issues and potential improvements

  • Build relationships with vendors

  • Maintain an "above and beyond" service aptitude to support clients

  • Serve as a primary contact for web site signup walkthrough, approval, and maintenance

  • Support internal and external users for web-based requests

  • Assist users with troubleshooting signing onto website

  • Help maintain account and household linking to users for web view

  • Work directly with external users, internal service, and tech teams

  • Perform project work as needed

We’re looking for talent who:

  • Possess a minimum of a bachelor’s degree in business, finance, or related major

  • Has a minimum of 3 years of experience in customer service or financial industry

  • Has a minimum of 1 years’ experience working with Data Aggregation tools and firms

  • Obtain Orion Industry Certification

  • Owns and manages relationships with stakeholders directly and work effectively with people at all levels in an organization

Salary Range:

$49,034.00 - $71,142.00

The pay listed in this posting indicates the estimated pay at the time of this posting; however, may vary depending on geographic location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
