About this Opportunity:
As a Director, Solutions Consulting, you will lead the strategic vision, execution, and evolution of how Orion delivers personalized, data-driven client experiences across our advisory ecosystem. You’ll oversee a team of Senior and Client Solutions Consultants who help firms design and implement their Summit environments—ensuring every engagement drives measurable business outcomes and deepens client loyalty. This role blends strategic leadership, client experience innovation, and cross-functional orchestration. You’ll serve as a senior advisor to our most complex clients, a thought partner to internal teams, and a catalyst for transforming how advisory firms unify their data, workflows, and digital experience through Orion. As we continue to evolve and live our Orion values, we are looking for someone to grow with us.

Candidates must work in-office at one of the following locations for at least 3 days per week: Jacksonville, FL.

In this role, you’ll get to:
- Define and drive the vision for Orion’s Summit Experience & Strategic Insights consulting function—ensuring every engagement aligns to business outcomes, user experience excellence, and Orion’s product strategy
- Lead, mentor, and scale a high-performing team of Senior and Client Solutions Consultants, fostering a culture of consultative expertise, continuous learning, and cross-functional collaboration
- Serve as executive sponsor and trusted strategic advisor for top-tier clients, guiding discovery, solution design, and long-term optimization of their Summit environments
- Oversee the translation of complex enterprise data models, integration requirements, and user experience goals into scalable, innovative Summit implementations
- Collaborate closely with Product, Development, Data Services, Onboarding and Client Success leaders to ensure solutions are feasible, high-impact, and aligned to Orion’s broader roadmap
- Champion internal process innovation and feedback loops—leveraging insights from client engagements to enhance platform capabilities, delivery methodologies, and best practices
- Identify and develop opportunities for expanded adoption of Orion’s platform and services, contributing to business development efforts and long-term client value creation
- Manage project prioritization, resource allocation, and performance metrics to ensure consistent, high-quality client outcomes
We’re looking for talent who:
- Has a deep understanding of wealth management data ecosystems, including integrations, APIs, database structures, and reporting frameworks
- Has a strong grasp of user experience design principles, including responsive design, user journey mapping, and prototype validation
- Translates business strategy into scalable technology solutions that enhance client experience and operational efficiency
- Has skills in design thinking, systems mapping, and executive communication, with the ability to influence senior stakeholders and drive consensus
- Has experience in managing multiple enterprise-level initiatives with competing priorities while maintaining quality and precision
- Is an effective people leader who balances coaching, accountability, and empathy to develop high-performing, collaborative teams
- Has strong organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills, with comfort navigating ambiguity and driving structure around complex initiatives
- Has proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with CRM, workflow automation, and visualization tools
- Has a minimum of a Bachelors Degree
- Has a minimum 10 years of experience
- Owns and manages relationships with stakeholders directly and works effectively with people at all levels in an organization
