About this Opportunity:
As a Senior Financial Billing Analyst, you will play a key role in ensuring accurate and timely billing processes, revenue recognition, and financial reporting. The ideal candidate has strong analytical skills, attention to detail, a deep understanding of billing systems, and proven ability to manage client relationships effectively. As a Senior Financial Billing Analyst, you will work closely with product development as well as internal and external business partners in the creation and implementation of projects surrounding the internally created billing system. The Senior Financial Billing Analyst will work with projects that include both improvements of legacy processes and procedures as well as customization of the billing processes to accommodate the needs of new business partners through mergers and acquisitions. In this role, you’ll get to:
- Lead and manage complex billing cycles, ensuring accuracy and compliance with contractual terms
- Analyze billing data to identify trends, discrepancies, and opportunities for process improvement
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve billing issues and support revenue operations
- Maintain and improve billing systems and automation tools
- Support month-end and quarter-end close processes related to revenue & billing
- Mentor junior analysts and contribute to team development
- Act as a subject matter expert for billing
- Develop project plan for custom billing needs and monitor project progress
- Evaluate business processes, anticipate requirements, and help implement solutions
- Test newly developed tools and functionality, provide feedback to product development, and communicate findings to other teams
- Act as the lead in internal efficiency projects and process innovation for the Billing team
- Resolve complex billing related issues

Salary Range:
$49,034.00 - $71,142.00The pay listed in this posting indicates the estimated pay at the time of this posting; however, may vary depending on geographic location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
