About this Opportunity:

As a Director of Operations on the Customer Relationship Management Team, you will be responsible for leading and managing all aspects of day-to-day operations including transaction processing, new accounts, account maintenance, trading and fulfillment processing. This role involves documenting all business functions, developing and measuring operational metrics, and developing business requirements for projects as required. As we continue to evolve and live our Orion values, we are looking for someone to grow with us.

For Internal and External Candidates:
Candidates must work in-office at one of the following locations for at least 3 days per week: Berwyn, PA.

In this role, you’ll get to:

  • Work with Reconciliation and Compliance departments to reconcile daily account activity and balance with custodian from a mutual fund and cash perspective

  • Process corrective issues timely and maintain control documentation as required by the Compliance department

  • Document and measure for senior management all daily and monthly business measurements

  • Analyze department and make recommendations for continued efficiency improvements

  • Work with senior management to drive growth while maintaining budget controls

  • Provide leadership to all Operations department ensuring accountability for all team members, cross training, and personnel issue management

  • Manage and lead projects as required for the department ensuring training, operational documentation, primary and backup support are in place for all project efforts

  • Interact and partner effectively across all appropriate internal business teams and external clients to gather business requirements and deliver project tasks on time and within budget

  • Ensure execution of all industry and FTJFC specific compliance matters within projects

We’re looking for talent who:

  • Possess a Bachelor’s degree in Business Management or equivalent experience

  • Has minimum of 5 years of operations management experience, preferably in a financial services or call center environment

  • Obtain Orion Industry Certification

  • Owns and manages relationships with stakeholders directly and work effectively with people at all levels in an organization

Salary Range:

$136,490.00 - $216,939.00

The pay listed in this posting indicates the estimated pay at the time of this posting; however, may vary depending on geographic location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
