Role Overview:
The Product Analyst Intern will support market and user research efforts within the Data Services product line, helping gather feedback, support beta programs, and contribute to product strategy. This role offers a unique opportunity to work alongside an experienced Product Management professional, gaining hands-on exposure to B2B product development, customer insights, and strategic planning within a data-driven environment. This internship is ideal for someone looking to build a career in Product Management, Data Services, or SaaS, and gain meaningful experience contributing to real-world product decisions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist with user feedback collection and analysis to inform product enhancements.
  • Support beta testing programs, coordinating user participation and documenting insights.
  • Conduct market and competitive research to help inform product positioning and roadmap planning.
  • Help prepare summary reports and presentations of research findings for internal stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., engineering, sales, customer success) to align on product goals.
  • Maintain and organize user feedback databases and documentation.
  • Participate in customer conversations or interviews to better understand user needs and workflows.
  • Assist in the creation or editing of light product design mockups or visual assets (if capable).
  • Monitor product performance metrics and assist with tracking KPIs related to beta program outcomes.
  • Support ad-hoc product-related tasks to help drive execution and improve operational efficiency.

Required Qualifications:

  • MBA student or rising college junior/senior pursuing a degree in Business, Data Science, Product Management, or a related field.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Attention to detail and strong organizational habits.
  • Self-starter with the ability to work independently and manage time effectively.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Quantitative background or coursework in data analytics, statistics, or data science.
  • Familiarity with B2B SaaS or data-driven product environments.
  • Basic design skills or comfort working with wireframes, visuals, or mockups.
  • Experience with survey tools, product research, or customer interviews.
