As PDQ's Director of GTM Strategy, you will be at the forefront of driving strategic initiatives across our go-to-market teams. Reporting directly to the COO, you will shape and guide our strategic approach towards pricing, product launches, cross-sell initiatives, geo-expansion, and new channel & industry focus. This role is pivotal in understanding the impact of our strategies on product adoption and business growth.

How you might spend your day:

  • Guiding the launch of new products, understanding potential cannibalization with current products, and strategizing on ways to mitigate it
  • Defining cross-sell initiatives and collaborating with marketing and sales teams to implement them effectively
  • Developing and executing strategies around pricing, bundling, and discounting to optimize revenue and customer value
  • Conducting firmographic research to prioritize our focus on industries, markets, or customer segments
  • Exploring and implementing new channels for our products, such as resellers or Managed Service Providers (MSPs)
  • Shaping our focus on new industries like government or education, understanding their unique needs, and aligning our product offerings accordingly
  • Working on potential integrations that can enhance our product's value proposition and user experience
  • Providing regular updates on strategic initiatives, outcomes, and recommendations to key stakeholders
