As an integral member of the marketing team, you will collaborate with marketing and revenue operations team members to build, deploy, and manage marketing automation across four best-in-class IT software products: PDQ Deploy & Inventory, PDQ Connect, SimpleMDM, and SmartDeploy. This position requires superb organizational skills, creative problem-solving abilities, and reliability to be successful. The ideal candidate thrives in a role where they can independently manage, prioritize, and execute projects. A proven history of successfully managing email marketing automation and campaigns is necessary.
Campaign management
- Overseeing email campaign execution for prospects and customers in collaboration with multiple teams across the organization.
- Launching timely email marketing campaigns while ensuring best-in-class quality, messaging strategy impact, and audience accuracy.
- Maintain and optimize email campaign performance and deliverability metrics, such as open rates, lead conversion, and trends for specific segments and market strategies.
- Proactively managing the email communications calendar across all departments, flagging overlapping audiences, delays in sends, etc. as needed.
- Maintaining an intake system for marketing operations requests and recording, prioritizing, communicating, and tracking requests.
- Following up on recurring events, proactively maintaining ongoing campaigns or requests as needed (training webinar updates, biweekly newsletters, etc.).
Marketing automation administration
- Developing end-to-end marketing automation programs in HubSpot including emails, nurture campaigns, landing pages, tracking, forms, templates, lists, virtual events/webinars, lead scoring, demand waterfall workflows, etc.
- Maintaining and optimizing systems for lead routing, lead scoring/qualification, lead tagging, segmentation, and overall data integrity as needed.
- Manage all audience and suppression lists across our marketing automation platform and SFDC.
- Troubleshoot and build new processes as needed.
- Provide timely and accurate answers to Marketing Operations questions to project requestors.
Reporting
- Building processes, communicating best practices, and establishing plans for tagging/categorizing marketing campaigns and activities for consistent reporting.
- Creating and maintaining detailed documentation, including standard operating procedures, workflows, and training documents.
- Providing regular testing cadence and reporting analysis along with recommendations for areas of improvement.

We're looking for people who have
- A positive attitude and a passion for problem-solving
- Experience working closely with multiple stakeholders to launch complex email campaigns
- 3+ years of experience working with marketing automation software and data management
- Bachelor's Degree or an acceptable level of industry achievement (self-learners are welcomed!)
- Good understanding of marketing principles, buying funnel, growth KPIs, and marketing data management
- Proficiency in HubSpot
