Job Description:

    • This is an onsite role open to candidates within commuting distance of our South Salt Lake City headquarters.

The People Experience Specialist will be responsible for shaping and continuously improving the end-to-end employee experience for PDQ team members. In this role, you’ll operationalize our People strategy across the employee lifecycle, most notably onboarding, engagement measurement, and other key touch points, using data, feedback, and partnership with leaders to drive connection, engagement, and high performance. You’ll help ensure the employee experience is intentional, scalable, and aligned to PDQ’s values.

What you'll be doing:

  • Administer and analyze engagement surveys and feedback mechanisms, translating insights into clear themes and recommendations.
  • Partner closely with People Operations and leaders to continuously evolve the new-hire onboarding experience, ensuring early clarity, connection, and productivity across remote, hybrid, and in-person environments
  • Support team members across the employee lifecycle by providing tools, guidance, and programming that strengthen team connection, communication, and engagement
  • Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to design thoughtful recognition and gifting programs that reinforce values, milestones, and performance
  • Coordinate with Facilities on the physical office experience, including occasional hands-on tasks (e.g., food, supplies, space setup) that support engagement and collaboration
  • Partner with our Recruiter to support employer brand initiatives that reflect PDQ’s employee experience and culture across recruiting and internal touch points
  • Plan and execute select company-wide activities and events as part of a broader engagement strategy, ensuring they are purposeful, inclusive, and aligned with business priorities
  • Assist in general People Operations responsibilities as assigned, with a focus on scalability, consistency, and continuous improvement
