As a Managed Services Consultant, you will support Planview SaaS applications within the Planview portfolio. This role involves monitoring, delivery coordination, reporting, and hands-on technical troubleshooting in a hosted environment
What You'll Do
-
- Support Planview SaaS applications: monitoring, delivery coordination, and reporting.
- Work on trouble tickets, manage scripts, create SQL jobs, and troubleshoot IIS.
- Collaborate with customers, prospects, and internal teams to diagnose connectivity and performance issues.
- Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation
What You’ll Bring
- Strong communication skills (verbal and written fluency in English).
- Willingness to work in night shifts to support US & European customers.
- Knowledge of MS Office Suite (Excel & PowerPoint preferred).
- Intermediate-level knowledge of SQL (Oracle SQL or Microsoft SQL preferred).
- Familiarity with project/agile/lean management tools (Planview, Clarizen, Clarity, CA PPM, Primavera, HP PPM, JIRA, Teamwork) is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree (BE, MCA, MBA) or foreign equivalent from an accredited institution.
- Working Hours: Night Shift (6:30 PM – 3:30 AM IST)
