The Opportunity
Organizations are rapidly transforming how they operate to take advantage of new AI-powered business models. As AI-powered output increases, organizations need to focus on effectively deploying AI investments, measuring progress with advanced analytics, and managing to business outcomes rather than outputs. Planview is a leader in advanced AI-enabled work management including persona-specific agentic workflows and an extensible unified data platform optimized for agent-to-agent collaboration across applications.
Transitioning to new and AI-enabled business models requires extensive consulting services underpinned by the Planview Platform. We are accelerating customer outcomes by combining Planview’s solutions with the knowledge, reach, and scale of global
consulting organizations. With our combined strengths and experience, we help achieve customers’ AI transformation initiatives with unprecedented speed.
In this role you will partner with the world’s largest and best-known Global Systems Integrators (GSIs) to advance our joint go-to-market motion. The opportunity ahead is significant. GSI partners are leading the AI transformation trend, evangelizing the shift, and the need for the Planview platform to manage the transition is greater than ever.
This is a remote role available to candidates in the USA.

What You'll Do
- Engage globally with select GSI partners such as EY, PwC, and Deloitte to accelerate partner business results.
- Drive joint pipeline creation and revenue growth via co-selling motions, marketing campaigns, and joint customer engagements.
- Partner with sales leadership to enable field teams to effectively collaborate with GSIs.
- Prioritize, initiate, and oversee the delivery of partner awareness and enablement initiatives to maximize partner engagement.
- Initiate and champion go-to-market initiatives with GSIs such as competitive replacement plays and AI operating model transformation campaigns.
- Coach Planview account executives on optimal GSI engagement strategy and drive accountability among sales leadership.
- Coordinate effectively with sales, marketing, customer success, professional services and the wider corporate and regional partner teams.
- Evaluate and execute on industry accelerators, implementation frameworks, and packaged solutions including software solutions and GSI services.
- Track and report progress against key metrics for partner engagement
- 12+ years in enterprise software, consulting, or partner ecosystem roles.
- Significant experience working with large global consulting firms or systems integrators.
- Proven track record of managing global alliances and enterprise accounts resulting in large opportunities being surfaced and jointly won with GSIs.
- Familiarity with strategic portfolio management, enterprise agile planning, or similar domain areas.
- Ability to navigate and support effective professional services delivery collaboration across GSI delivery partners and in-house professional services teams.
- Familiarity with generative and agentic AI technologies and a strong understanding of the opportunities and challenges posed by generative, agentic, and reasoning AI in enterprise contexts.
- Ability to build senior executive leadership relationships and convey a compelling vision for success with Planview.
- Crisp and effective written and verbal communication skills, including significant experience presenting to senior executives.
