The Opportunity
Planview is looking for an experienced Recruiter to join our Talent Acquisition team for a six-month engagement. This recruiter will partner closely with our lead GTM Recruiter to manage Sales and other go-to-market requisitions and build qualified pipelines for enterprise sales talent. The role supports hiring-manager partnership, candidate engagement, consistent assessment, and timely movement through the hiring process.

The Opportunity
Planview is looking for an experienced Recruiter to join our Talent Acquisition team for a six-month engagement. This recruiter will partner closely with our lead GTM Recruiter to manage Sales and other go-to-market requisitions and build qualified pipelines for enterprise sales talent. The role supports hiring-manager partnership, candidate engagement, consistent assessment, and timely movement through the hiring process.
What You'll Do
- Lead intake meetings with hiring managers to define the role’s purpose, must-have qualifications, sourcing plan, and interview approach.
- Partner with the Senior GTM Recruiter to manage assigned Sales and go-to-market requisitions, priorities, candidate flow, and next steps.
- Build and maintain proactive pipelines for enterprise sales talent through referrals, professional networks, LinkedIn, events, communities, and partner ecosystems.
- Source and engage passive candidates with personalized outreach that connects the opportunity to their experience, interests, and career goals.
- Conduct recruiter screens and support behavioral and competency-based interviews; evaluate candidates against role requirements and shared competencies.
- Coordinate with hiring managers and interview panels on interview plans, scorecards, scheduling, feedback, and candidate communication.
- Support offer preparation, closing, and onboarding in partnership with the Senior GTM Recruiter and hiring leaders.
- Maintain accurate recruiting activity and pipeline updates; surface bottlenecks and recommend practical improvements during the contract.
- Experience supporting recruiting for senior-level Sales and go-to-market roles, especially enterprise SaaS sales.
- Experience partnering with other recruiters or recruiting Lead to manage requisitions, priorities, candidate flow, and pipeline health.
- Experience in B2B Enterprise Saas sales recruiting and a practical understanding of enterprise selling, including long ramp cycles, specialized domain knowledge, relationship-driven selling, deal strategy, executive presence, complex problem solving, cross-functional orchestration, and forecasting accuracy.
- Experience sourcing and engaging passive candidates and building talent maps for current and future hiring needs.
- Strong recruiter-screening, behavioral, and competency-based interviewing skills, with the ability to use structured questions and scorecards to support consistent, equitable decisions.
- Strong coordination, communication, and stakeholder-management skills with recruiters, hiring managers, interview panels, and candidates.
- Ability to manage multiple requisitions, adapt priorities, keep pipeline information current, and bring solutions to recruiting challenges.
- Working knowledge of employment law, recruiting compliance, compensation, and the hiring process.
- A practical, collaborative approach and a clear focus on candidate experience.
