Summary
The CRM Analyst serves as a key resource in supporting PMA's Investment Team by driving investment processes and ensuring operational excellence. This role is focused on delivering exceptional service by fostering collaboration with internal and external partners, ensuring accurate transaction processing, and maintaining robust client profiles to support the team’s investment analysis. This highly collaborative position will continue to evolve, with the addition of serving as an ‘IT Liaison Support’ for the team.
Additionally, the CRM Analyst is responsible for preparing detailed reports, responding promptly to client inquiries, and identifying opportunities to enhance operational efficiency. Essential Functions
Consistently delivers exceptional internal and external service to clients, embodying the core values of Integrity, Commitment, and Performance.
Provides proactive support to team members to foster collaboration and operational efficiency.
Responds promptly to customer inquiries, including account changes, and issue resolution (non-sales related items).
Collaborates with internal and external partners to ensure the accurate and timely processing of daily tasks, including transaction settlements.
Updates and manages internal databases and CRM systems, ensuring the accuracy of records related to authorized signors, account maintenance, and meeting agendas.
Develops and maintains client cash flow profiles in collaboration with internal and external stakeholders, supporting the relationship management team in investment analysis and opportunity identification.
Prepares, updates, and reviews bond proceeds management reports in partnership with the relationship management team.
Creates and maintains regular internal reports (daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly) to support business operations and decision-making.
Acts as the main IT Liaison for the Investment Team, overseeing technology support, resolving issues, and ensuring smooth integration of investment tools and systems to enhance team efficiency (future aspect of the role).
Performs other duties and responsibilities as assigned by management, demonstrating flexibility and commitment.
Education and/or Experience
Bachelor’s degree (B.S.) in Business Management (with a focus on Accounting, Finance, IT, or Marketing) from a four-year college or university, along with one to two years of relevant experience and/or training, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
Preferred experience in Investment Management (Broker-Dealer–Advisor) Environment
