YOUR ROLE AT PRECISELY

The Primary responsibility for this role is to support the achievement of CRO / Sales goals. The Sales Operations Specialist works closely with new business sales teams, providing support on quoting, configuration, and ordering.

YOUR ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Support Quoting and pricing of business by local sales teams.
  • Verify orders for accuracy and submit once completed.
  • Support onboarding of new sellers and sales teams through hiring and acquisition.
  • Support general questions related to sales process and systems.
  • Ensure global consistency in application of tools, processes and materials
  • Other duties may be assigned.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in Sales Operations.
  • Knowledge and understanding of Precisely go-to-market methodology and product offerings.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce.com.
  • Analytical, conflict management, negotiation and decision-making skills.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.

PREFERRED REQUIREMENTS:

  • 10+ years experience with Sales Operations and Support functions.
