Intro and job overview:

In this role, you will be responsible for designing, building, and deploying applications in our next-gen Data Integrity Suite platform based on k8’s. You will work closely with Software engineers, data scientists, and product managers to develop and deploy data-driven solutions that deliver business value.

Responsibilities and Duties:

  • 7+ year of experience in traditional Software development life cycle.
  • Bachelors and/or master’s in computer science, Engineering, or related field preferred.
  • Strong fundamentals in data structures, algorithms, and complexity analysis
  • Build process understanding
  • Familiarity with docker containers is must
  • Experience building production quality RESTful APIs OR/AND SOAP.
  • Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD
  • Experience with helm as package manager
  • Experience working in an agile development environment.

Requirements and Qualifications:

  • Strong Concepts in Object Oriented Programming and development languages, Java, including SQL, Groove/Gradle/maven
  • Experience working in an agile development environment.
  • Strong understanding of the nuances of CI/CD.
  • Helm understanding
  • Deployment understanding
  • Familiarity with docker is must.
  • Helm charting would be good to have.
  • Docker and docker compose will be an added advantage.
  • Tools: Maven, Gradle, Jenkins, GIT would be good to have.
