Intro and job overview:

The Associate Product Manager for Geo Addressing is an individual who is knowledgeable and passionate about building software products that help customers succeed when incorporating physical addresses and their locations into the business processes. You will join a dynamic and fast-paced environment and work with cross-functional teams to design, build and launch products, explain capability to sellers and end customers. You will understand the Geo Addressing market, the customers, and the strategy to make sound decisions, work with key stakeholders throughout the organization and communicate decisions or progress.

Responsibilities and Duties:

  • You will work with other product managers to understand and validate customer needs.
  • You will interact with customers to understand their needs as they relate to the current and future roadmap items.
  • You will collaborate with the engineering team, help them understand requirements to execute on the delivery.
  • You will triage incoming requirements.
  • You will prioritize the product backlog according to business value.
  • You will communicate with stakeholders regarding decisions and their impact.
  • You will demonstrate delivered features to internal and external teams.
  • Other duties may be assigned.

Requirements and Qualifications:

  • You have 3+ years working in enterprise software product management, support, engineering, professional services or solution-engineering
  • You have a sound understanding and work experience related to location intelligence, GIS, geocoding, address validation or other addressing technologies.
  • You have an understanding of the nuanced interplay between software and data.
  • You have strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • You are comfortable talking and presenting to internal and external clients and taking on the role of Subject Matter Expert.
  • You have the ability to manage competing demands.

PREFERRED REQUIREMENTS:

  • BS in Computer Science or equivalent work experience
  • Experience with SaaS software delivery
