Intro and job overview:

As a Sr. UX Designer, you will be part of the Engage Technology & Experience team that defines end-to-end digital experiences of SaaS products and solutions. Our approach to user experience is grounded in design thinking. We work with our cross-functional product teams to build empathy for our users and then define, build, validate and iterate design concepts.

In this role, you’ll take on complex tasks and transform them into intuitive, accessible and easy-to-use designs for our clients around the world. You'll collaborate closely with teams of Designers, Researchers, Engineers and Product Managers throughout the design process—from crafting user flows and wireframes to building user interface mockups and prototypes.

We design platforms that enable businesses to create the game-changing experiences customers are demanding on their channels of of choice, including interactive personalized video, SMS, email, PDF, and chatbot solutions.

Responsibilities and Duties:

  • Define the user model and user interface for new and existing products and features.
  • Develop low to high fidelity workflows, mockups, and prototypes to effectively communicate interaction and design ideas.
  • Gauge the usability of products and make constructive suggestions for change
  • Plan and estimate work, with the ability to set and manage design timelines
  • Be able to use existing knowledge and experience to advise teams efficiently
  • Coordinate and collaborate design delivery with engineering and product partners, iterating and adjusting designs based on user feedback, timelines, and technical fesability.
  • Write a research plan and help run and synthesize qualitative & quantitative user research alongside a UX Researcher

Requirements and Qualifications:

  • BA/BS degree in Design (e.g. interaction, graphic, visual communications, product, industrial), HCI, Human Factors/Ergonomics, CS, or a related field or equivalent practical experience.
  • 6+ years of experience in a related field.
  • Demonstrated experience in crafting usable digital interfaces and following them through to implementation
  • Experience working with agile software development teams
  • An eye for visual design
  • Must have a portfolio of past design work
