Intro and job overview: You’ll be working in EngageOne line of business helping to bring exciting emerging technologies together into an enterprise-class cohesive solution set for our clients. You’ll be engaged both in maintaining the existing mature foundation products and developing new solutions. We are looking for a candidate with at least 3 years of experience who will participate in raising the technical skills of the team, both in the field of test automation and manual testing and will want to cooperate and share the knowledge.

Built on the robust Amazon Web Services (AWS) platform, RCX positions us for global scalability and success. Embracing the Agile methodology, we navigate the dynamic landscape of development with efficiency and adaptability at the core. Nestled in the heart of Bielsko-Biała, our dedicated team operates from a vibrant office space, passionately crafting the future of communication technology. Quality and ease of maintenance are paramount in our pursuit, ensuring that the implemented solution not only meets but exceeds industry standards. At the heart of our project lies a commitment to fostering large-scale communication through multiple channels. Responsibilities and Duties:

  • ​​Writing and maintaining automated tests that ensures thorough feature and/or product testing
  • Maintaining and extending testing framework (written in Java)
  • Collaboration with Product Owner within Development team on designing and developing new features
  • Creating, maintaining, reviewing and executing test cases and test plans; investigating, logging, tracking and retesting defects
  • Working closely with other QAs to spread best practices and knowledge
  • Ensuring the reliability of CICD process

Requirements and Qualifications:

  • 3 or more years of direct experience in software quality assurance, testing or software development
  • Ability to work in office in Bielsko-Biała (at least 4 days in a week)
  • Knowledge of the Java programming language at a level that allows you to freely create automatic software tests.
  • Experience in creating and maintaining API automated tests
  • Quality assurance experience with REST applications (both manual and automation)
  • Strong communication skills
  • Familiarity with version control systems, understanding the importance of code repositories.
  • Soft Skills (Punctuality, Openness, Collaboration): Punctuality, openness, and a collaborative mindset are essential soft skills.
  • Passion for Software Development: A genuine passion for software development, viewing it as an exciting endeavor and demonstrating a commitment to personal growth within an experienced and diverse team.

Preferred requirements:

  • Experience in performance testing
  • Basic knowledge of SQL
  • Good knowledge of CI/CD tools (i.e. GitLab)
  • Cloud environment experience (AWS preferably)
  • English written and verbal skills at least on Intermediate level
