Intro and job overview: We are looking for a Field Marketing Specialist to join the International Marketing team (EMEA & APAC) who is based in Germany or Poland. The Field Marketing Specialist supports the planning process, execution and optimisation of B2B lead generation campaigns & events and works closely with the international field marketing team responsible for our Precisely SAP process automation product portfolio in the EMEA region and key APAC markets. In addition, the role will undertake daily administrative tasks to ensure the functionality and coordination of the entire international team´s activities. The position operates in a matrix environment working alongside the wider international & global marketing team and reports into the Sr. Manager, Field Marketing

Responsibilities and Duties:

  • You will support the planning process, execution and optimisation of B2B lead generation campaigns & events.
  • You will utilise various channels such as email marketing, social media and digital advertising to generate leads.
  • You will drive customer and prospect engagement via events to generate new and accelerate existing pipeline.
  • You will support the execution of strategic marketing projects for Germany such as Web Optimization or Account Based Marketing.
  • You will work with Marketing Operations on data segmentation requests and analysis & optimization of the database
  • You will drive the data enhancement process and lead uploads.
  • You will handle contract submissions, PO creation and invoice management.
  • Other duties may be assigned

Requirements and Qualifications:

  • 2-5 years’ experience in marketing
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
  • Skills:
    • Proficient in Excel, PowerPoint & Word
    • You have Marketing Automation and CRM experience
    • You work accurately and pay attention to detail
    • You have analytical thinking skills
    • You enjoy working in a team and have a strong interest in getting to know other cultures and markets
  • Languages: English (fluent), German (nice to have)
