Intro and job overview:

Precisely is seeking a Senior Marketing Campaigns Manager to join our Campaign Center of Excellence on the Marketing Campaigns Team. This individual will be responsible for managing comprehensive strategy and deployment of marketing campaigns for the Data Enrichment segment of the Precisely portfolio. As part of the demand generation arm, the ideal candidate will drive market and product awareness as well as focus on increasing lead volume, optimization, and conversion.

Responsibilities and Duties:

  • Develop quarterly and bi-yearly comprehensive marketing plans to support Data Enrichment, with a focus on a program mix of activities to achieve MQL and pipeline targets.
  • Plan and execute on programs that support the marketing plan, including direct email, nurture, digital advertising, paid social media, third-party programs, and more.
  • Partner with Product Marketing Team to launch new programs aimed at demand generation goals and objectives in support of key initiatives and product launches.
  • Perform analysis on market segment and campaigns to identify areas of opportunity, segment expansion, and campaign optimization.
  • Collaborate with Field Marketing Team on specific events and related messaging to support segment goals and key account initiatives.
  • Work cross-functionally across entire Marketing Team with campaigns and support of broader segment through integrated web, PR, social, brand, and enablement channels.

Requirements and Qualifications:

  • An experienced marketing/demand generation professional with 6+ years’ experience in a demand generation
  • A self-starter, able to take a project and run with it
  • A strong, professional communicator, both written and verbally
  • Able to work with multiple stakeholders to prioritize deliverables effectively
  • Extremely organized and has solid project management experience
  • Strong analytic skills
  • Experience with the following technologies is a plus: Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel VLOOKUPs/Pivot Tables), Tableau/web analytics, customer relationship management (CRM) and marketing automation systems, as well as basic knowledge of HTML, particularly email HTML, and CSS, or ability to learn quickly.
