Intro and job overview:

This opportunity is 100% remote preferably located in Eastern Standard Time.
The Cloud Operations Coordinator is a key role in our company. You will support and drive successful sales by coordinating pricing, delivery between teams, and promoting continued process improvement and profitability. You will communicate timelines and expectations clearly and be the main contact for Precisely teams to work/interact with the Cloud teams.

Responsibilities and Duties:

  • Coordinate pricing and delivery of Cloud Products across all Precisely stakeholders.
  • Communicate timelines and expectations clearly to internal and external teams and act as the main contact for Cloud Operations.
  • Participate in the Sales process by preparing Price Quotes for standard services.
  • Participate in and run cross functional operations meetings.
  • Research past pricing, support, contract, and other business relevant details as needed.
  • Participate in Continuous Improvement activities including identifying opportunities to improve processes, procedures and tooling.
  • Document existing processes.
  • Develop training and education for teams.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Requirements and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business or technical field with 1-3 years of experience.
  • Ability to understand SaaS and Cloud Hosted business models and associated contractual terms and conditions.
  • Ability to convey complex issues in a straightforward manner.
  • Experience working with or knowledge of
  • Experience with back-office business tools such as Jira, Tableau, Salesforce, and tools that allow for provisioning of SaaS and Cloud hosted products to customers.
  • Experience working with globally remote cross functional teams.
  • Project management skills to oversee PIM/MDM implementations and migrations.
