Intro and job overview:

Enterworks is a leading provider of Master Data Management (MDM) and Product Information Management (PIM) solutions. Our innovative platform helps organizations manage and optimize their data to enhance customer experiences and streamline operations. The Technical Solution Architect will play a pivotal role in designing, implementing, and overseeing the technical architecture of Enterworks’ solutions. This role requires a deep technical acumen, strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively with various stakeholders to deliver high-quality, scalable solutions.

Responsibilities and Duties:

  • Collaborate with customers, sales, engineering, dev ops, professional services, and project managers to gather and analyze customer requirements, translating them into detailed technical specifications and architectural designs.
  • Design and architect end-to-end technical solutions compatible with the Enterworks’ MDM and PIM platform, ensuring they meet business requirements, performance criteria, and scalability needs.
  • Lead and guide customer, partner and internal Precisely teams in the implementation of sound architectural designs incorporating Enterworks; providing technical leadership and ensuring adherence to best practices and standards.
  • Develop, evolve and maintain comprehensive architecture documentation, including diagrams, design documents, and related technical specifications in support of the Enterworks platform.
  • Engage in pre-sales activities, such as technical presentations, client workshops, and solution demonstrations, to support the sales team in securing new business and supporting upgrades and renewals.
  • Conduct architectural reviews and code inspections to ensure compliance with established architecture principles and development guidelines.
  • Contribute to the development of project proposals, cost estimates, and project plans, providing technical input and expertise.
  • Mentor and train more junior architects and Precisely support staff to build a robust and skilled technical team. Periodically provide mentorship and guidance to Precisely partners supporting the Enterworks platform.

Requirements and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. A master’s degree is preferred.
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in software development and solution architecture, with a focus on data management, MDM, or PIM.
  • Extensive experience in designing and implementing enterprise-level solutions, preferably within the MDM/PIM domain
  • Proficiency in relevant technologies and tools, such as Java, XML, JSON, RESTful APIs, and database systems (SQL/NoSQL).
  • Strong understanding of data modeling, data integration, and data quality management principles.
  • Ability to travel periodically to support customer and internal working sessions – approximately 20%
  • Ability to flex work hours in support of customers operating in different timezones.
