Intro and job overview:

We are seeking a Senior Marketing Campaign Specialist to join our Campaign Center of Excellence on the Marketing Campaigns Team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the planning, execution, and optimization of marketing campaigns with a focus on the SAP Process Automation segment. This individual will focus on supporting demand-generation efforts by increasing lead volume, optimizing campaign performance, and driving conversions through targeted, data-driven campaigns.

Responsibilities and Duties:

  • Collaborate with the SAP Process Automation team to execute targeted marketing campaigns that increase awareness, generate leads, and drive engagement. Ensure campaigns align with the team’s strategic objectives.
  • Build strong working relationships with Sales, BDR teams, and Product Marketing to ensure campaign alignment and effective communication.
  • Plan, execute, and optimize multi-channel marketing campaigns, including digital advertising, email marketing, nurture programs, webinars, events, and third-party programs.
  • Manage the planning, logistics, execution, and follow-up strategies for field events, trade shows, and user group meetings, ensuring seamless coordination and successful outcomes.
  • Support the optimization of Google Ads campaigns to increase relevant traffic and conversions. Implement landing page optimization to enhance user experience and conversion rates.
  • Collaborate with Product Marketing to develop outreach sequences, eBlasts, and other promotional content that effectively communicates the value of SAP Process Automation’s technical offerings.
  • Organize and manage multiple campaigns simultaneously, maintaining a high level of organization and attention to detail while focusing on the priorities.
  • Monitor, measure, and analyze campaign performance to provide actionable insights for continuous improvement, ensuring the highest possible ROI and alignment with business goals.

Requirements and Qualifications:

  • A marketing/demand generation professional with 5+ years of experience in campaign management, digital marketing, and event marketing.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • A self-starter who can take ownership of projects and drive them to completion with minimal supervision.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams, including Sales, BDRs, and Product Marketing.
  • Highly organized with solid project management experience, capable of managing multiple marketing campaigns and events with attention to detail and timely execution.
  • Analytical and data-driven, able to monitor, measure, and optimize campaign performance, providing actionable insights to improve ROI.
  • Familiarity with managing Google Ads campaigns and landing page optimization, with the ability to learn and improve campaign effectiveness.
  • Experience managing field events, trade shows, and user group meetings, including promotion, planning logistics, execution, and post-event follow-up strategies.
  • ABM (Account-Based Marketing) experience is a nice-to-have, but not a requirement.
  • Experience with the following technologies is a plus: Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel VLOOKUPs/Pivot Tables), Tableau/web analytics, customer relationship management (CRM), and marketing automation systems (Eloqua) or ability to learn quickly.
