Overview: We are looking for Proposal Specialist to support day-to-day revenue operations within our multi-functional team that will: 1) assist with sourcing and providing Precisely policies, documents, data points and information necessary for responses to Customer Proposals, Questionnaires, Assessments, Business Continuity, Contract Review, RFP’s, RFI’s and resolving other Customer information gathering requests with our Customer Response Process; 2) assist with maintaining Precisely Customer Information Gathering Repository (CIGR) to enhance awareness and utility of CIGR resource; 3) process company requests for document proofing, signature, distribution and mapping, archival and retention process for Customer documentation through our Global Signature Process; and 4) assist with ad-hoc projects and responsibilities assigned to Contract & Proposal Management team as the department, technologies and dynamics of the company change and the role evolves. This is fixed-term role for 3-4 months duration. You can remote or in hybrid/on-site model from our office in Bielsko-Biała.

What you will do:

  • Ability to learn and master relevant software applications and signature document administration policies and procedures.
  • Review Customer agreements for adherence to internal policy requirements and assess if ready for signature.
  • Manage the end-to-end process for customer agreement execution, including tracking, processing, and securing required signatures, notary services, apostille certifications, and corporate seal requests; ensure completion of archival and retention procedures through the Global Document Repository.
  • Source and provide current, accurate information, documentation, philosophies and policies to assist Sales in generating timely, winning Proposals, RFP’s, RFI’s, and assist with routine Customer information gathering requests.
  • Assist with accuracy and thoroughness of data and documentation posted in CIGR resource; work with internal teams to update content; respond to internal inquiries and assess feedback for increasing content within CIGR.
  • Other duties may be assigned.

What we are looking for:

  • Minimum of 2–3 years of experience in an international corporate environment, demonstrating a strong understanding of global business practices.
  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration or equivalent professional experience.
  • Proven ability to perform detailed analysis with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) applications, including DocuSign and Salesforce.
  • Experience in collaborating with Revenue Operations, Sales, Legal, and cross-functional teams, with direct involvement in revenue operations workflows and related business processes.
  • Ability to manage deadlines and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Problem-solving mindset with a willingness to adapt and learn new tools and processes.

Preferred requirements:

  • Legal or contract work experience
  • Proficiency in English
