Overview:

We're looking for a Senior User Experience Designer who can craft intuitive, delightful experiences that solve real user problems. You'll work at the intersection of user research, interaction design, and product strategy to shape products that people love to use.

What We're Looking For: You have 5+ years of experience designing digital products, with a portfolio demonstrating your process and impact. You're skilled in modern design tools like Figma, and you understand the principles of visual design, information architecture, and interaction design. You know how to balance user needs with business goals and technical constraints. You're comfortable presenting your work and advocating for users at all levels of the organization. More importantly, you're curious about people and how they think. You ask great questions, listen carefully, and use research to inform your design decisions. You're comfortable with ambiguity and can navigate complex problems systematically. You collaborate well with cross-functional teams and can articulate your design rationale clearly.

What you will do:

  • Lead the design process from discovery through delivery.
  • Collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and other designers to translate complex problems into elegant solutions.
  • Your work will involve conducting user research to uncover insights, creating user flows and wireframes, prototyping interactions, and validating designs through testing.
  • Mentor junior designers and help establish design patterns and standards that elevate our entire product experience.

What we are looking for:

  • 5+ years of UX design experience for web and mobile products
  • Strong portfolio showcasing your design process and outcomes
  • Proficiency in Figma and modern prototyping tools
  • Experience conducting user research and usability testing
  • Understanding of accessibility standards (WCAG) and inclusive design principles
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills

Preferred requirements:

  • Experience with design systems and component libraries
  • Familiarity with HTML/CSS and design-to-development handoff
  • Background in service design or systems thinking
