Overview:
As a Product Manager at Precisely, you’ll be a member of our product management team playing a lead role in the successful expansion of our customer engagement products. In this role, you’ll be responsible for defining and prioritizing feature requirements, tracking and analyzing product performance metrics, and developing go-to-market strategies for new features and capabilities. Your role will involve close collaboration with internal and external stakeholders to drive innovation, boost market adoption, and achieve targeted business outcomes.
What you will do:
- Drive and manage a subset of the Engage innovation plan in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
- Lead decision-making processes for feature prioritization based on market research, customer feedback, and business objectives.
- Conduct regular stakeholder meetings to review progress, generate insights, and take corrections as needed.
- Collaborate with marketing, sales, and others to develop and execute go-to-market strategies for new features.
- Monitor and analyze product analytics, key business performance indicators, customer feedback, and market trends to define opportunities for future enhancements and innovation.
- Provide mentorship and ongoing support to Associate Product Managers.
What we are looking for:
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, commerce, marketing or equivalent work experience
- 4 - 6 years of Product Management experience.
- Demonstrable understanding of product lifecycle management.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with ability to clearly articulate product vision, strategy, and progress to various stakeholder personas including executive leadership.
- Strong analytics and problem-solving skills with ability to analyze data, generate meaningful insights, make data-informed decisions, and articulate reasoning to peers and senior leadership.
- Familiarity with Agile development methodologies.
- Understanding of software deployment models – Cloud (SaaS, Hosted Managed Services), On-Prem; Technology stacks (operating systems, databases); APIs; and secure user authentication mechanism (Single Sign On).
