Join our Data Integration team and take ownership of the Connect CDC product line. You will translate market trends and customer insights into a clear product roadmap. You will work closely with engineering, design, and go-to-market teams to deliver high-quality solutions. As the subject matter expert on Connect CDC, you will guide product development and identify growth opportunities. You will ensure the product continues to meet the evolving demands of our 12,000 customers worldwide. This is an individual contributor role with significant impact and visibility.
What you will do:
- Define and own the Connect CDC roadmap, prioritizing capabilities that address customer needs and drive competitive differentiation in data integration and Change Data Capture.
- Conduct ongoing research with customers, prospects, and analysts to surface unmet needs and inform product direction.
- Author clear business requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria; maintain a well-prioritized backlog in close collaboration with engineering.
- Partner with Engineering, UX, Support, and GTM teams throughout the product lifecycle to ensure on-time, high-quality delivery.
- Monitor the CDC and data integration landscape and develop a working understanding of technical concepts such as connectors, pipelines, replication, and cloud/hybrid deployment.
- Align product direction with internal stakeholders across Product, Sales, and Customer Success; serve as the go-to resource on Connect CDC capabilities and strategy.
What we are looking for:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience. A background in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field is helpful but not required.
- Experience: 5–7 years of product management experience building SaaS platforms, shared services, or internal-facing capabilities used by multiple product teams.
- Demonstrated ability to design and deliver reusable platform components—such as entitlement management, usage metering, tenant administration, and API-driven services—that support cross-team development at scale.
- Proven ability to define platform standards, manage complex stakeholder groups, and drive execution in an Agile environment with multiple dependent teams.
- Hands-on experience with Agile development practices and product tools such as Aha! or similar roadmapping and backlog management platforms.
- Familiarity with data integration concepts such as CDC, ETL/ELT, connectors, or real-time data pipelines.
- Travel is required: No.
- Bonus points for: experience with hybrid cloud deployments (particularly AWS and MongoDB), hands-on familiarity with Kubernetes or API integration frameworks, exposure to CDC technologies, background in data quality or data governance, or familiarity with SQL, databases, or streaming platforms such as Kafka.
