Precisely is an AI-first organization. All employees are expected to demonstrate proficiency in applying AI tools to accelerate their work, improve output quality, and eliminate low-value tasks. Candidates should be comfortable using generative AI tools (e.g., Microsoft Copilot, ChatGPT) in their day-to-day workflows, able to evaluate AI-generated outputs critically, and open to continuously adopting new AI capabilities as they emerge.

Overview:

Execute sourcing and purchasing activities that support Precisely's global operations. You will manage the full purchase order lifecycle in Coupa, support vendor onboarding, and help ensure procurement policy compliance across the business. Working closely with internal stakeholders and suppliers, you will play a key role in delivering efficient, compliant, and cost-effective procurement outcomes. This role is part of a growing shared services team committed to operational excellence.

What you will do:

  • Support sourcing and procurement activities across assigned categories including software, cloud services, infrastructure, telecommunications and other operational spend areas.
  • Manage competitive bidding events, supplier evaluations, and commercial negotiations to drive cost optimization and value creation.
  • Obtain and evaluate competitive quotes to support cost-effective purchasing decisions.
  • Support vendor onboarding, due diligence, and ongoing supplier data maintenance.
  • Review and process procurement requests in line with Precisely's policies and approval thresholds.
  • Assist in contract administration, tracking key milestones and renewals.
  • Build and maintain working relationships with suppliers, escalating performance issues as needed.
  • Resolve purchase order and invoice discrepancies in coordination with Accounts Payable.
  • Generate procurement reports and spend data to support management decisions.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders across Finance, IT, Legal, and HR to fulfil procurement needs.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement and cost savings.

What we are looking for:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Commerce, Supply Chain, or related field (equivalent work experience accepted).
  • 4+ years of procurement or purchasing experience.
  • Experience supporting technology-related procurement activities including software, SaaS, cloud, infrastructure, telecom, or professional services categories preferred.
  • Strong understanding of procurement processes, contract terms, supplier negotiations, and commercial risk management.
  • Hands-on experience with a P2P procurement system (Coupa preferred).
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Comfortable supporting global teams across different time zones.
  • AI Skills/Knowledge:
    • Comfortable using AI tools (e.g., Microsoft Copilot) to research suppliers and analyze spend data.
    • Ability to use AI to draft supplier communications and procurement summaries efficiently.
  • Preferred Skills:
    • Experience in a global or multinational company.
    • Experience with contract review and administration.
