PrimeRx seeks a new Accounts Receivable Specialist with meticulous attention to detail that is motivated to engage with customers daily. A successful Accounts Receivable Specialist will relentlessly pursue solutions, think creatively and dynamically and execute core AR and collections functions with integrity in a timely manner.
What you will do
- AR Functions
- o Collections
- -Daily review of AR Aging report and executing collection efforts
- -Reporting of AR collections metrics and trends
- -Managing AR escalations for upper management review and resolving disputes
- -Executing dunning notices and termination for delinquency notices
- o Bank reconciliation
- o Cash postings
- o Sales tax filings and remittance
- o Ensuring sales tax exemption certificates are up to date
- o Updating customer profiles at go-live and reviewing contracts
- Billing & Contract Management
- o Customer account creation
- o Contract creation and management for new and add-on orders with appropriate billing and revenue recognition schedules
- o Ad-hoc adjustments and credits
- o Ad-hoc order entry invoicing
- o Monthly reporting:
- -Month-over-month analysis of recurring revenue per customer
- -Month-over-month analysis of CMRR using SaaS Intelligence
What you will need
- 2 or more years experience with accounts receivable and collections
- Attention to detail and accuracy while in a fast-paced environment
- An ability to engage with a diverse group of customers and stakeholders
- Excellent and succinct oral and written communication that drives results
- An ability to prioritize and execute multiple tasks concurrently
- Advanced computer proficiency (Excel, SharePoint, and other Microsoft Office products)

- Proficiency with Sage Intacct (Contracts, Order Entry, Custom Reports) or similar ERPs
- Proficiency with Versapay Collaborative AR platform or similar platforms
