Reporting directly to the CMO, the Head of Demand Generation will lead and manage all demand generation strategies and operations. This individual is responsible for driving the growth of the business through lead generation, nurturing, and conversion. They will work closely with sales, marketing, product, and other teams to optimize the funnel and drive revenue growth.

Create and implement demand generation strategy aligned with business goals, including targeted campaigns, digital marketing, and lead generation initiatives.
\n\n\n\n
Develop and oversee multi-channel campaigns to generate, nurture, and convert leads, including email marketing, content marketing, SEO/SEM, webinars, events, sponsorships, ABM and more.
\n\n\n\n
Utilize marketing automation tools to enhance lead scoring, audience segmentation, nurturing, and reporting.
\n\n\n\n
Create compelling content that supports demand generation efforts.
\n\n\n\n
Work closely with the regional marketing and sales team to ensure alignment between marketing and sales efforts, supporting them with effective lead management, nurture retention to deliver renewals, referrals, up-sell and cross-sell opportunities.
\n\n\n\n
Develop and execute brand awareness initiatives to increase market visibility and establish the company as a thought leader in the target markets.
\n\n\n\n
Work closely with product marketing and pre-sales to leverage engaging and relevant content to attract and nurture prospects.
\n\n\n\n
Analytics and Reporting: Monitor, measure, and analyze campaign performance and ROI, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions to improve performance.

Vendor Management: Manage relationships with external agencies and vendors, ensuring compliance with budgets and timelines.
\n\n\n\n
Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and grow a demand generation team, fostering creativity and a collaborative environment.
\n\n\n\n
Oversee the budget for demand generation initiatives, ensuring effective utilization, demonstrating a strong ROI for all marketing activities, and alignment with organizational goals.

Ensure all marketing materials and campaigns comply with industry regulations and are consistent with brand guidelines.

Requirements

Minimum of 6 years of experience in demand generation, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.

Strong knowledge of demand generation tactics and channels.
\n\n\n\n
Proven experience in creating and executing on demand generation campaigns that grow pipelines, preferably in the SaaS or technology fields.
\n\n\n\n
Strong understanding of B2B marketing principles, demand generation tactics, pipeline acceleration, and lead management.
