\nEnd-to-End Implementations: Take charge of the entire ERP implementation process from start to finish.
\n\n\n\n
\nClient Insights: Engage in in-depth discussions and fact-finding meetings to uncover our clients' unique requirements.
\n\n\n\n
\nLeverage Expertise: Apply your extensive knowledge to enhance the implementation process.
\n\n\n\n
\nProcess Optimization: Identify and develop business processes, demonstrating excellent communication skills.
\n\n\n\n
\nCollaboration: Work closely with Priority's internal development team to address software customizations when necessary.
\n\n\n\n
\nReview and Configuration: Lead process reviews and engage in discussions with clients about software configuration.
\n\n\n\n
\nCustomization: Customize Priority ERP solutions to meet predefined requirements.
\n\n\n\n
\nDocumentation: Prepare essential project documentation, including user manuals, standard operating procedures, customer status reports, issue logs, project timelines, and testing materials.
\n\n\n\n
\nClient Relationships: Foster collaborative working relationships with clients.
\n\n\n\n
\nUser Training: Provide training to users on specific modules of the Priority ERP application.
\n\n\n\n
\nPre-sales Support: Offer pre-sales support as required.
\n\n\n\n
\nInternal Projects: Support internal projects as needed.

Requirements

\nExperience: A minimum of 5 years in a similar position within the ERP sector.
\n\n\n\n
\nERP Mastery: In-depth ERP knowledge, especially in finance modules.
\n\n\n\n
\nLanguage Skills: Fluency in Dutch and English is essential, with knowledge of French as an advantage.
\n\n\n\n
\nTraining Background: Previous experience as a trainer or implementer of ERP or related business software is preferred.
\n\n\n\n
\nModule Expertise: Excellent understanding of ERP system modules and processes.
\n\n\n\n
\nProject Leadership: Demonstrated project leadership skills and experience in managing customer relationships.
\n\n\n\n
\nFinance Acumen: Strong finance, accounting, and/or MRP skills are advantageous.
\n\n\n\n
\nTechnical Aptitude: A technical mindset and the ability to grasp complex systems.
\n\n\n\n
\nFlexibility: Willingness to adapt your working hours and location for on-site customer visits.
